I rent cars whilst travelling on a monthly basis.And I want to make it clear - my 5 star isn't for sixt as a company ( not that they do not deserve it ) but my 5 star review is for Mr Kirk. The most pleasant employee in the rental industry I have ever dealt with in the last 3 years of hiring cars.I never leave reviews as I'm hard to please and quite frankly find myself more pleasant then most people I deal with on a daily basis. This fella is proper - service / manners / humour and concern for my situation 5*
We returned the car early in Dublin (after having started out in Belfast) and were told we had to contact the Belfast office about any refunds. They gave us David McCullas name and he quickly put me in touch with the correct person to speak to we were given our refunds quickly and accurately. I could not be more happy with their customer service! Erin go Bragh!
This was the best car hire experience i have ever had anywhere.From start to finish it was a pleasure.The staff were excellent really helpful no hard sell,just top notch.Just wish there were more rental places like this.
I Have used Sixt at BIA for years and I have always been given a very warm welcome and the customer service you receive here is second to none. Sixt ticket all the boxes of what you would expect from a car rental.... But went above and beyond that.I usually don't write a review of something simple like a car drop off, but I had such a great experience with dropping my car off at the Sixt Rental at Belfast International Airport, that I just had to.Any car rental is really 'just' an essential part of a trip anywhere and what you would usually think of as quite mundane, but these guys are so friendly, efficient and honestly have the best sense of humour I experienced in Ireland - that they make you feel like your car rental was one of the highlights of your stay.They ticked all the boxes of a car rental that you would expect... And then went above and beyond by being super fast and efficient, really friendly, helped me with some questions about my flight that I was about to get on, and then provided a quick shuttle across to the airport (even though it's in walking distance).Quite simply, they were brilliant.Loved Northern Ireland as well so will be back... And will be using Sixt again. Thank you guys!
