Waited for 20 mins in freezing conditions for a bus to collect us after landing at Belfast airport, while other buses from the other companies where passing every 3 mins. Ours still didn't arrive and then phone number wasn't working either so we had to walk to the depot to collect our car along with other families.We asked why the buses were not running continuous like other companies and we were told we only come if you ring us, and like the phones were not working.We explained that there was still people over at the collection point but still no one seemed to care. Should have been refunded
Arrived off the plane and gave this company a call to arrange pick up..I was advised bus would be over in 2 minutes.we waited with at least 10+ other people for this same bus for half an hour we called at least 4 more times and couldnt get through, it was very cold and wet so ended up walking..we walked down a road in the dark that had no footpath with a heavily pregnant woman which I might add is dangerous enough.once we got to the office there was a lot of commotion from other angry customers..a few of us filled out customer complaint forms and got no form of apology..2 staff members on a busy Saturday evening is not enough.

I found the staff very pleasant on arrival. Was able to leave my car at the front of the park and we were given assistance to load our bags onto the waiting shuttle bus.
