Got a quote today for car insurance was over quoted bye 400 pounds, The girl i spoke with had pressured me into giving her the other prices i had received from the 2 other companies i had contacted, I had told her i wanted to keep them to myself to see what CIP could offer me, When she had gave me the quote i then told the agent the other 2 quotes i had obtained, "As Agreed" I informed her the price difference was 400 pounds for the same level of cover and also with free break down assistance in the UK & Ireland, She tried to haggle with me and drop the price by 200 pounds and explained the price difference must be a lighter form of cover than what i was looking with CIP, I asked for a like for like quote and the same level of cover for the same amount of people for the policy, So i knew 100% the quote i had been given was a like for like quote, Shop around it seems this company are brokers for main agents you can get a better price going directly.
